Olivia Rodrigo has announced her third album. The singer, songwriter and actor announced on her Instagram with over 39 million followers. “You seem pretty sad for a girl so in love” is set to be released on Friday, 12 June.

The third album, “you seem pretty sad for a girl so in love” will be released on Friday, 12 June. Along with the Instagram announcement, Olivia Rodrigo said, “I am so proud of this record and I can’t wait for you to hear it. available for preorder now!”
Daniel Nigro, who worked on Olivia Rodrigo’s previous albums, “SOUR” and “GUTS” has continued to work with Olivia Rodrigo for this upcoming album.
When discussing the upcoming album with British Vogue, Olivia Rodrigo said, “all of my favourite romantic love songs were beautiful because they had a tinge of fear or yearning in them”. In the past, Olivia Rodrigo has described how any love song she writes ends up laced with melancholy. This new upcoming album comes after the singer’s supposed breakup with English actor Louis Partridge.
Leaving many fans to speculate that the album was originally going to be titled “LOVE”, following Olivia Rodrigo’s brand of having four-letter words as album titles.
As far as content goes, we currently only have the album cover. No track list or single has been announced so far.
