Dua Lipa Set To Curate London Literature Festival 2026

The English-Albanian singer, songwriter and actor will curate the 2026 London Literature Festival. The Brits and Grammy winner appears to be the best musician for the job.

The Southbank Centre has announced that Dua Lipa will curate the 2026 London Literature Festival. As part of the Southbank Centre’s 75th anniversary, and the festivals’ 19th year, Dua Lipa will be joining the celebrations. The festival will run from 21 October to 1 November. In response to the announcement, Dua Lipa said, “I can’t wait to dive into the imaginations of some of my favourite authors in one of London’s most iconic cultural spaces”. 

Many fans and book lovers are thrilled with this decision. Voicing how they believe Dua Lipa is the best modern musician for the job.

Why is Dua Lipa the perfect pick for this? On top of being a Brit and Grammy winner. Dua Lipa has shown strong commitment to her book club, “Service95 book club” launched in May of 2023. Dua Lipa has gained recognition across the literary community for her genuine interest and passion for literature.

London Literature Festival Southbank

The London Literature is running from 21 Oct – 1 Nov 2026. Ticket prices vary; some events are free to attend. An announcement regarding tickets and the full lineup of events will be released in the summer of 2026. The annual London Literature Festival presents talks, readings, discussions and conversations with prestigious and rising authors.
